基于iButton—DS1923的冷链温湿度跟踪记录系统

Cold chain recording instrument of temperature and humidity tracking based on iButton—DS1923

针对冷链过程中温湿度监控手段欠缺的问题,设计了一种温湿度跟踪记录系统。该系统以单总线器件—DS1923为记录器,上位机通过串口把设定数据发送给DS2480B,DS2480B再把这些设定信息以单总线协议的方式传送给DS1923,DS1923将记录的温湿度数据通过DS2480B以RS232的方式送到主机进行存储。实践结果证明:该系统具有结构简单,安全性高的特点。

Aiming lacking of monitoring temperature and humidity for cold chain, a recording instrument of temperature and hu- midity tracking was introduced, and DS1923 was adopted as the recording instrument. Setting datas from upper computer were sent into DS2480B which could transforms those datas of RS-232 protocol into format of 1-Wire, and transmits temperature and humidity datas from DS1923 into computer for storage by means of RS-232 protocol. Practice results show that this system has characteristic of simple structure and high safety.
