摘要 针对浙江省社会用电量持续增长与当地常规发电能源不足的矛盾,介绍了特高压交流输电技术以及我国特高压交流输电试验示范工程的开展情况,总结了浙江省电网的现状,分析了浙江省近期、中期、远期电力电量平衡情况,结合最新的特高压交流输电技术,提出了通过特高压交流输电线路将中西部电能输入东部的规划框架。仿真分析结果表明了该规划的可行性,为浙江省特高压电网的发展提供了指导依据。 Aimming at the confliction between the need of Zhejiang community electricity and the shortage of conventional energy generation, the technology of ultra high voltage AC transmission and the ultra high voltage AC transmission projects were introduced. The status quo of the power network in Zhejiang Province was summarized. The past, medium and long-term power and electricity balance of Zhejiang Province were analyzed. Combined with the latest utral-high-vohage AC transmission technology, the planning framework of sending power of the central and western regions to grid of the eastern region through the utral high voltage power transmission lines was raised. The simulation result proves that the planning framework is feasibility, and it provides a direction for the development of the Zhejiang ultra high voltage grids.
