摘要
为探明油菜种子在重金属铬胁迫下的萌发情况,以及铬对幼苗萌发的毒性效应,用不同浓度的Cr6+处理油菜种子,研究Cr6+对油研10号种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,随着铬浓度提高,油菜种子发芽率(势)、苗/根长、生物量及含水量均有不同程度的降低,发芽指数、活力指数、根长抑制率下降明显。方差分析表明,各指标差异均达显著水平,其中,铬对油菜根长抑制率最显著。以根长受铬胁迫抑制率求得线性回归方程为y=8.860 8x2-110.851 6x+330.625 1。油研10号种子萌发在铬胁迫下的半致死浓度和极限浓度分别为123.57 mg/L和330.63 mg/L。
The seeds of Youyan 10 (a rape variety) were treated by different Cr^6+ concentration to study the effects on its seed germination and seedling growth. The results showed that the seed germination rate, height, root length, biomass and water content of seedlings decreased with increment of Cr^6+ concentration to varying degrees, Cr^6+ had significant effect on seed germination index, vigor index and inhibition rate of root length. There was very significant difference between different characters. The regression equation for inhibition rate of root length under Cr^6+ stress is y= 8. 8608x^2 -110. 8516x+ 330. 625 1. The semi-lethal and limited Cr^6+ concentration of seed germination of Youyan 10 are 123.57 mg/L and 330.63 mg/L respectively.
