大蒜提取液对烟草黑胫病和青枯病的防治效果初探

The Inhibition Effect of Garlic Extraction Solution on Pseudomonas solanacearum and Phytophthora parasitica var nicotianae

研究了大蒜提取液对烟草黑胫病菌(Phytophthora parasiticavarnicotianae)和青枯病菌(Ralstonia solanacearum)的抑制作用,并进一步测定了大蒜提取液防治烟草黑胫病的效果。结果表明,浓度大于1.5%的大蒜提取液对于烟草青枯病菌的抑菌半径与5000倍72%农用链霉素相当,浓度大于1.5%的大蒜提取液对烟草黑胫病菌的抑菌效果显著;而盆栽试验表明,只有稀释倍数小于10倍的大蒜提取液才对烟草黑胫病具有防治效果,而稀释倍数大于10倍的大蒜提取液对烟草黑胫病基本没有防治效果。

The results from studying the inhibition effect of garlic extraction solution on Pseudornonas solanacearurn and Phytophthora parasitica vat nicotianae showed that the bacteriostasic radius of Ralstonia solanacearurn treated by garlic extraction solution with above 1.5% concentration was the same as that treated by 72 % streptomycin with 5 000 times water,and the garlic extraction solution with above 1.5% concentration had the significant inhibition effect on Phytophthora parasitica var nicotianae. The results from the pot test showed that the garlic extraction solution with below ten times of dilution had the control effect on Phytophthora parasitica vat nicotianae and the garlic extraction solution with above ten times of dilution did not have the control effect on Phytophthora parasitica vat nicotianae basically.
