摘要
为了解菜籽饼提高烤烟品质的效用机理,通过田间试验,研究了不同施肥尤其是菜籽饼对烤烟根际土壤酶活性的影响。结果表明,施用菜籽饼对烤烟根际土壤酶活性具有促进作用,但这些促进作用对烟叶成熟并非都有利;菜籽饼是否腐熟对烤烟根际土壤过氧化氢酶和蔗糖酶活性有影响,对脲酶和磷酸酶影响不明显。
K326,a flue-cured tobacco variety, was applied by rapeseed cake and chemical fertilizer to study the effect of rapeseed cake on enzymes activity of the rhizosphere soil for knowing the mechanism of improving flue-cured tobacco quality. The results showed that applying rapeseed cake could promote enzymes activity of rhizosphere soil, but the improved enzymes activity was not always beneficial to maturity of flue-cured tobacco, and the rotted degree of rapeseed cake had the certain effect on activity of catalase and sucrase, but no the effect on activity of urease or phosphatase.
