摘要
随着社会主义新农村建设进程的深入推进,土地承包经营权流转问题已成为"三农"政策的热点问题。根据成本收益理论和Logistic模型有关原理,针对影响农户土地承包经营权流转决策行为因素进行实证检验及具体分析,从市场建设、政府服务和外部环境建设等3个方面提出土地承包经营权流转的政策出路。
The transfer of land contract management right is the hot spot issue in ＂Three Agriculture＂ policies along with deep development of socialism new rural construction. The paper puts forward the countermeasures of strengthening market construction, government service and external environment construction for solving the problems in transfer of land contract management right based on analyzing the factors affecting farmer households decision-making behavior in transfer of land contract management right.
