摘要
导管零件的空间形状十分复杂,用数控弯管机进行弯曲加工时,常在导管零件与机床和地面之间产生碰撞,而目前企业普遍缺乏弯管仿真软件,无法对碰撞位置进行预测。文章以数控弯管加工过程为研究对象,在分析数控弯管机结构和运动特点的基础上,建立了数控弯管机仿真模型;基于三维图形变换理论建立了导管弯曲成形的数学模型。最后,基于SolidWorks 2008,以VC++和SolidWorks API为工具开发了数控弯管加工仿真系统。经过在企业应用,仿真系统能有效检测出碰撞,提高了弯管加工的一次性成功率。
Tube is a part with complex shape, when bending with NC tube bender, collision often occurs between tube and NC tube bender, however, there is no simulation software to detect collision for most factories. NC tube bending process is studied, by analyzing the characteristic of NC tube bender, the simulation model is established, and the mathematic model of bending process is built based on graphical theory. Finally, Tube Bending Simulation system is developed based on SolidWorks2008 using VC ++ and SolidWorks API. Exampies indicate that the system can efficiently detect collision and improve the efficiency.
