摘要
为了将STEP-NC检测数据模型应用于数控加工中,实现信息的双向流动,开发了一个基于STEP-NC数控检测仿真系统。以Java及Java3D为开发平台,首先利用递归算法实现了STEP-NC程序信息提取,然后利用DEXEL体造型技术实现了零件的三维建模,根据STEP-NC标准所定义的特征对检测路径进行规划,最后用模拟测头对检测路径进行仿真,验证了检测路径规划的可行性,为以后的现场应用打下基础。
In order to implement the STEP-NC inspection data model in the NC processing and fulfill a bi-directional data exchange between CAM and CNCs, here develops a STEP-NC enabled NC inspection simulation sysetem. Based on the platform of Java and Java3D, the system finishes the information extraction of STEP-NC and achieves the 3D part modeling via the DEXEL technology. According to the feature definition of STEP-NC standard, the system completes the inspection path planning automaticly. Finally the simulant probe simulates the inspection path to validate the system feasibility. The system also builds the foundation for the later spot application.
