摘要
利用专业有限元软件AD INA对生产中不能满足生产要求的真空干燥机箱体进行了建模分析,将分析结果与实测值进行了对比,验证了分析方法的正确性。在此基础上提出了真空干燥机箱体的改进结构,并用相同方法进行了分析。分析结果表明,在不改变干燥机箱体用料的情况下,使其抗变形能力大幅提高。同时分析得到的槽钢不同焊接方式,具有重要的工程实用价值。
The box structure of vacuum dryer which can' t meet production requirements is modeled and analysised by ADINA. The results of the analysis is compared with the actual value,and the analysis method is proved to be correct. With this understanding,,a new box structure of vacuum dryer is advanced and analysised.The result showed that the new structure has better anti-deformation capacity in terms of materials unchanged. The different welding methods of channel have important practical value of engineering.
