压裂与抽汲泵返排联作工艺在胜利油田的应用

Application of Combined Technique of Fracturing and Unloading by Swabbing in Shengli Oilfield

针对压裂液快速返排问题,开发了压裂与排液联作工艺,研制了与该工艺管柱配套使用的抽油杆减磨接箍,合理地选择了压裂用抽汲泵、压裂用封隔器。经现场实践应用表明,该工艺提高了试油效率,缩短了试油周期,减少了压裂液对地层的污染,具有返排及时、实用性、可靠性强等特点。

In order to unload the fracturing fluid quickly, the combined technique of fracturing and unloading has been developed, antiattritional collar of sucker rods associated with pipe string used in this technique has been manufactured, and swabbing units and packers used in fracturing operation are rationally chosen. It has been proven by field application that this technique can improve the efficiency of well test, shorten test duration, decrease the damage of the fracturing fluid to the tested zones, and so has some advantages such as unloading in time, being practicable and reliable etc.
