摘要 荷叶丝纤维是一种新型天然纤维。为了对荷叶丝的充分开发奠定理论基础,采用扫描电子显微镜、红外光谱及Instron万能材料试验仪初步探讨了荷叶丝纤维的形态结构及其力学性能。研究结果表明:荷叶丝纤维是复丝,每根复丝由数根单丝并行排列组成,单丝细度为4μm;纤维的横截面形态呈近似圆形或卵圆形;纤维的主要组成部分为纤维素。 Lotus fibre is a kind of new natural fibre. In order to develop lofus fibre and laid the theoretical foundation, the scanning electron microscopy,Infrared Spectroscopy,and Instron universal testing instrument were used to study the lotus fibre's shape, morphological structure and its mechanical properties and so on. The results show that lotus fibre is multi-filament, each of which is composed with some parallel monofilament. The fineness of monofilament is 4 μm. The cross-sectional shape of Lotus fibre is similar to round or oval. The main component of lotus fibre is cellulose.
