摘要
以壳聚糖等为原料,合成了性能良好的絮凝剂,并考查其絮凝效果。首先在微波辐射条件下,探讨交联剂的选择与用量、溶剂的选择与用量等对实验结果的影响,确定了最佳反应条件;其次加入模板剂Cu2+、Zn2+来合成絮凝剂,考查壳聚糖对Cu2+、Zn2+的吸附情况。实验结果表明,模板交联后的壳聚糖对重金属离子具有更好的吸附性和选择性,且可再生重复利用。
The experiments were made to produce flocculants from chitosan cross-linked with some chemical agents such as glutaraldehyde and salicylaldehyde under the condition of water bath.Factors such as: the type and the amount of cross-linker or solvent added to the reaction, which affected the results of experiments, were considered. And then favorable conditions were obtained. Secondly, the templates of Cu2+ ,Zn2+ were used in the processes of floceulants preparations by modified ehitosan, and their properties of adsorption to Cu2+,Zn2+ were also examined. The experiment results show that the cross-linked chitosan has better absorption and selective to the heavy metal ions, and it can be repeatable used.
