摘要 利用"双滴法"成功制备出具有层状结构的镁铝水滑石,并对比确定了最佳反应温度。首先在50℃、80℃、95℃下制备出三种水滑石,利用XRD分析水滑石的结构,确认制备出了具有典型层状结构的水滑石;然后利用TGA测试三种水滑石的热分解温度,发现95℃下制备出的水滑石晶体强度较高,为进一步研究聚合物基水滑石纳米复合材料奠定了良好的基础。 The Mg/Al layered double hydroxide (LDH) was successful synthesized by using the double-drop method. The beast reaction temperature was confirmed with comparison to different reaction temperature. First three kinds of LDH were synthesized at 50℃, 80℃ and 95℃, and then the structures were characterized with XRD, and the successful preparation of LDH with typical layered structure was confirmed. The thermal stability of LDHs were tested by TGA. The results showed the sample with 95℃ reaction temperature had the best crystal intensity. The successful preparation of LDH implied the polymer/LDH nanocomposites had the wonderful research prospect.
