摘要
采用甲基三乙氧基硅烷(MTEOS)和正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为原料,制备了光学树脂表面划痕修复涂层。研究了原料配比和助剂用量对涂料修复能力的影响。结果表明,当nMTEOS:nTEOS值为1时,该涂料对光学树脂表面的缺陷可取得较好的修复效果。采用甲醇、乙醇、1,2-二丙醇为混合溶剂时,甲醇∶乙醇∶1,2-二丙醇(质量比)为3∶6∶4时效果最好。有机锡379用量为0.05%质量分数时即可取得良好的效果。有机硅修复涂层可以显著改善光学塑料的受损表面,使划痕消失,涂层表面均一平整。
The repairing coating of scratched optical resins was prepared with methyl triethoxysilane (MTEOS) and tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) as raw materials. The preferable repairing coating was prepared when nMTEOS: nTEOS= 1, the proportion of mixed solvents affected repairing perfomance of the coating greatly, and the best mass proportion of methanol/ethanol/l, 3-propanediol was 3 : 6 : 4. Thesolidify of the coating was accelerated with organic tin 379, and the best content of which was 0.05 % (mass ratio). The surface of scratched optical resins can tbe repaired with organosilicon coating effectively.
