摘要
V法铸造是一种有发展潜力的绿色铸造,目前中国有近300家企业使用V法铸造生产各类铸件。本文以现场调研为基础主要介绍了我国V法铸造在铸钢件方面的发展现状,有铁路用摇枕、侧架及承载鞍、载重车后桥壳、矿山机械用高锰钢耐磨件等;生产中也出现了增碳、皮下渣气孔等缺陷,同时就这些问题及预防措施进行了探讨。
V-process casting is green casting which has large development potential. Currently about 300 companies use V- process for producing various castings in China. This article mainly introduced the current development of V-process steel castings in china based on field research. There are bolster side bearer and adapter for use of railway, rear axle housing for use of load-carrying vehicle and hard wearing high manganese steel casting for use of mining machinery.Some problems appeared, such as carburetion and subskin blowhole, and the protective measures are discussed in this article
