水肥效应对夏玉米产量及氮代谢相关指标的影响 被引量:7

摘要 在自然降水和补充灌水(拔节期+灌浆中期)条件下,进行了拔节期不同施氮量对夏玉米产量及氮代谢相关指标的影响研究。结果表明:与自然降水相比,补充灌水有利于提高百粒重,平均提高1.55g,产量提高5.56%。在相同的水分条件下,拔节期追施氮肥有利于产量提高,但追肥量高于180kg/km2时增产效果不明显。追肥和灌水有利于花后穗位叶片硝酸还原酶活性(NR)的增加。随着追肥量增加,谷氨酰胺合成酶活性(GS)反而降低。补充灌水和自然降水对GS活性影响差异较小。 This paper studied the effects of different nitrogen fertilizer at the jointing stage on the index of nitrogen metabolism in rainfall and irrigation conditions. The result indicated that compared with rainfall treatment, irrigation could increase 1.55 g on the 100-grain weight, increase the 5.56% of yield. Under the same moisture condition, the yield increased when the fertilization increase but it's not at the same when the fertilization was higher than 180 kg/ha. Different fertilization at the jointing stage and irrigation advantageous to the leaf nitrate reduced activity increase after the flower. Increasing the fertilized quantity, the GS activeness reduced instead. The difference of the GS active between irrigation treatment and rainfall treatment was less.
