摘要
采用蜜胺树脂作为壁材对氢氧化镁粉末进行了微胶囊包覆试验,研究了各种反应条件对微胶囊制备的影响。将其作为阻燃剂添加到EVA中,并测试其阻燃及力学性能。结果表明,改性后的氢氧化镁能够大幅提高EVA的阻燃性能,氢氧化镁的质量分数为60%时,垂直燃烧从未改性的V-2级别提升到V-0级。
Melamine resin was used as wall material in the modification of magnesium hydroxide by microencapsulating, and the effects of reaction conditions on the preparation of the microcapsules were studied. The modified magnesium hydroxide was also used as flame retardant for EVA co-polymer. The flame retardance and effect on the mechanical performance of EVA were tested. The results show that the MH melamine resin clearly increases the flame retardant property of EVA. When the mass fraction of MH is 60%, the UL 94 retardant degree is increased from V-2 to V-0.
