摘要
通过对德国西门子公司、美国可靠公司和德国赫斯特公司生产的500 kV复合绝缘子的断裂现象进行原因分析、剖析试验、研究并模拟仿真电场分布理论计算。分析结果表明:德国西门子公司的复合绝缘子存在严重的质量问题;美国可靠公司的复合绝缘子在采取措施后可以继续使用;德国赫斯特公司非标加工的500 kV/300 kN级复合绝缘子,其芯棒密实性、渗透性能不符合标准要求。同时,对运行中复合绝缘子的使用提出了防范措施,并对新建线路复合绝缘子的选用提出了建议。
This article shows that the 500 kV composite insulator of Siemens AG Corporation has serious quality problem; while the one made by the Reliable of USA can be continued to use after taking relevant measures; the nonstandard 500 kV/300 kN composite insulator of Hoechst of Germany falls short of the standard requirements on its compactness and osmosis. The above conclusions were affirmed based on analysis, test, research, argumentation and calculation of simulative electric field distribution. Moreover, some measures were put forward for the composite insulators in operation; and some advices for the selection of composite insulators in new power lines were proposed.
