摘要
将汽车刮水电动机位于几何中心线上的正极电刷,沿电枢转向的逆时针方向移动某一机械角度,可实现刮水电动机升速调速,但确定正极高速电刷的安放位置是设计的关键。从顾客要求的电动机高、低速机械特性曲线上的空载点和堵转点入手,建立了确定正极高速电刷安放位置的数学模型。利用该数学模型设计的高、低双速刮水电动机满足了顾客要求,因此具有较高的实用价值。
In order to increase and change the wiper motor speed, the anode brush on the geometric central line should be moved to a certain angle along counter-clockwise of armature. The key point of the design is confirming the setting position of high speed anode brush. The mathematic model to confirm the setting position of anode brush is established to design the H/L dual speed wiper motor and meet the requirements of customers. So it is of high practical value.
