摘要一．概况肺动脉突然被栓子阻塞即称为急性肺动脉栓塞，栓子的种类有血栓、气栓、脂肪栓、瘤栓及其它等，但绝大多数为血栓。本文所提及的仅限于血栓所致的肺动脉栓塞。
