摘要
针对高碳铬铁中硫元素分析经常出现燃烧释放慢、分析时间长、拖尾及数据不稳定等问题,对高频震荡功率、助熔剂的选择及加入方式、称样量、分析时间及环境因素等方面进行改进,提高了测定的准确性和稳定性。实验确定了高碳铬铁中硫元素测定的最佳条件:高频振荡功率为320~350mA;助熔剂的选择及加入方式为锡粒+试样+钨粒;称样量0.15~0.20g;比较水平为3%;最短分析时间为50s。用改进后的分析方法对标准样品进行准确度和精密度试验,分析结果与认定值相符,相对标准偏差为0.95%~2.7%。
There were some problems in determining the sulphur content in high carbon terro-chrome, such as slow burning release, prolonged analysis time, heavy tailing, unstable data, etc. In view of these problems, the determining conditions were improved in this paper, including the high frequency oscillation power, selection and adding manner of flux agent, mass of test portion, analysis time and environmental factor. The determination accuracy and stability was thus enhanced. The optimal conditions of determining sulphur have been obtained in high carbon ferro-chrome: high frequency oscillation power of 320--350 mA; the selection and adding manner of the flux agent was tin particle+sampie+tungsten particle;test portion mass of 0.15--0.20 g; comparison level of 3 % ; the shortest analysis time of 50 s. The accuracy and precision tests for standard sampes by the modified methods indicated that the analysis results were in line with found. The relative standard deviation was between 0.95 % and 2.7 %.
