摘要
测量结果的不确定度是测量系统测量质量的重要指标，按照不确定度的数学表示方法。本文提出了测量系统不确定度的评定方法，并阐明了测量系统对测量参量进行直接测量和间接测量时，系统总不确定度的计算方法。
Uncertainties of measuring results are very important specification on quality of measurement in test systems. According to mathematical expression for uncertainty concepts, this paper discusses a method of two evaluation types of uncertainty on test systems. It is also presented that the method of evaluation for general synthesis of uncertainty in systems is studied for direct and indirect measurement. [WT5”HZ〗
