攀西某选矿厂浓缩、分级沉降试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对攀西某选矿厂现有浓缩、分级工艺存在的问题,开展了各工序浓缩、分级沉降试验研究。试验结果表明,石灰和阴离子聚丙烯酰胺的凝聚和絮凝效果较好,单一使用或联合使用都能获得良好的絮凝效果,改善矿浆的沉降特性。新开发的高频振动变形式斜板浓密机完全适用于该选厂各种物料的分级、浓缩与脱泥回收。 In view of the problems existing in the thickening and classification processes of a mineral processing plant in Panxi, corresponding thickening and classification-sedimentation tests were carried out. The results show that, both lime and anionic polyacrylamide exhibit good agglomeration and flocculation effects, as the flocculation effect and the sedimentation property of the pulps can be improved by either single addition or combined usage of them. The newly developed high-frequency vibration lean-board thickener is completely applicable to the classification, thickening and desliming treatments for all sorts of materials in the concentrator.
