摘要 吉林某铁矿共伴生硫、磷、钴和钒等元素,针对该矿石性质,采用浮硫-浮磷-磁选联合工艺流程,在原矿各品位均较低的情况下,通过条件试验,确定最佳工艺条件,并在条件试验基础上进行了闭路试验,获得了硫精矿品位39.57%、回收率91.72%,磷精矿品位33.16%、回收率86.09%,铁精矿全铁品位高达68.36%,有益元素钴和钒得到有效富集。 There were some intergrown and associated elements, such as S, P, Co and V, in an iron ore from Jilin. According to the ore property, a combined flowsheet including sulphur flotation, phosphorus flotation and magnetic separation was chosen, and after conditions tests, optimum processing parameters were determined to treat the raw ore with low grade. A closed circuit test was conducted based on the conditions tests, and, a sulphur concentrate with a grade of 39.57% and a recovery of 91. 72% and a phosphorus concentrate with a phosphorus content of 33.16% and a recovery of 86.09% were obtained, while the TFe grade of iron concentrate can be increased to 68.36% and the elements of Co and V can be enriched effectively.
