摘要
对某重选尾矿进行了再选回收试验研究。选用钼铜混浮-分离、混浮尾锌硫混浮-分离的部分混合浮选流程,小型闭路试验可获得钼精矿含Mo 56.08%、钼金属回收率98.43%,铜精矿含Cu 15.78%、回收率90.74%,锌精矿含Zn 45.84%、回收率80.51%的选别指标,成功地回收了重选尾矿中的钼、铜、锌矿物。本研究成果对同类型多金属矿的综合回收利用具有一定的指导作用。
Tailings from a gravity concentration process was introduced for this re-separation and reclaiming study. A part-bulk flotation flowsheet consisting of molybdenum-copper bulk flotation, molybdenum-copper separation, zinc-sulfur bulk flotation of molybdenum-copper bulk flotation tailings, and zinc-sulfur separation, was selected. Closed-circuit bench tests show that a molybdenum concentrate with a Mo grade and recovery of 56.08% and 98.43%, respectively, a copper concentrate with a Cu grade and recovery of 15.78% and 90.74% , respectively, and a zinc concentrate with a Zn grade and recovery of 45.84% and 80.51%, respectively, can be obtained. Comprehensive recovery of molybdenum, copper and zinc from the gravity concentration tailings was realized adopting this technology, which provides technical reference for the exploitation of similar deposits.
