摘要 探讨了以N902作流动载体,Mx-1作表面活性剂制备的乳化液膜对某治污厂含铜废水的处理情况。研究了内相酸浓度、载体用量、表面活性剂用量、油内比、乳水比、外相初始pH值等因素对铜萃取率的影响。实验结果表明:当载体浓度(体积分数,下同)3%、表面活性剂浓度5%、油内比1∶1、内相酸浓度2 mol/L、废液初始pH值大于4、乳水比1∶5时处理含铜废水,Cu2+的萃取率可达95%以上,Cu2+的富集浓度可达14800 mg/L。而且该乳化液膜稳定性好,溶胀小,乳水分离快,破乳容易。 The treatment on waste water containing copper of a waste water plant by emulsion liquid membrane prepared using N902 as flow carrier and Mx - 1 as surfaetant was explored. The effects of acid concentration in the internal phase, carrier dosage, surfactant dosage, the ratio of oil and water, the ratio of emulsion and water and initial pH value in the external phase on the extraction yield of copper were investigated. The experimental results showed that the extraction yield of Cu^2+ reached above 95% and the enrichment concentration of Cu^2+ reached 14 800 mg/L when the waste water containing copper was treated in the conditions that the carrier concentration (volume fraction, the same as the following) was 3%, the surfactant concentraton was 5%, the ratio of oil and water was 1 : 1, acid concentration in the internal phase was 2 mol/L, the initial pH value of waste liquid was above 4 and the ratio of emulsion and water was 1 : 5. Besides, the emulsion liquid membrane is stable and easy to de-emulsify with small swelling and quick separation of emulsion liquid and water.
