摘要
以已知会发生染料迁移现象的有色织物作为实验对象,根据染料迁移现象的温度、时间、压强和相对湿度等4个影响因素设计正交实验,测试不同因素组合下多纤维贴衬布和同组分白布的色牢度(沾色)情况。通过正交实验优化分析和对测试结果的综合评价,确定染料迁移色牢度(沾色)的最佳测试条件组合为:温度35℃,时间48h,压强12.5kPa,相对湿度95%。并验证了染料迁移牢度好的以及差的不同组分和颜色样品采用最佳测试条件组合下的色牢度(沾色),得出该测试条件组合所得测试结果是满意的。
Taking the colored fabric with possible dye migration as experimental samples,this paper designs the orthogonal experiment in terms of four factors influencing dye migration-temperature,time,pressure and humidity,and measures the color fastness of reinforcement interlinings with different fibers and the white cloth with the same simplex fiber under different combinations of influent factors.According to the optimized experiment and comprehensive evaluation,the best combined testing conditions of the color fastness about the dye migration is concluded:the temperature is 35 ℃,the time period is 48 hours,the pressure is 12.5 kPa and the relative humidity id 95%.In addition,this paper validates the measured the better or worse color fastness about the dye migration of different samples under the optimized testing conditions,and it is shown that the tested results are satisfactory.
