摘要
报道了Ca掺杂量对La-Ca-Mn-O巨磁薄膜材料的巨磁效应影响,测量薄膜电阻(外磁场强度H=0.5T)、磁化强度-温度关系曲线。认为La1-xCaxMnO3体系中Mn4+的含量是由于掺杂量Ca的调制,Mn4+的含量变化导致磁性结构转变。用双交换模型解释了该象现,对实验结果给出满意的解释。
It was reported that x amount on La1-xCaxMnO3 thin film affect giant magnetoresistance effect, the electrical resistivity ( H = 0.5T ) and magnetization of La1 - x CaxMn3 thin film were measured in the 10-300K range. The authors suggested that the change of x results in the change of proportion of Mn4+ ions. Variation of the proportion Mn4+ ions leads to the charge of magnetic structure of La1-xCaxMnO3. Zener, s model of double-exchange coupling can be used to explain the experimental results .
