地图出版物常见违法违规问题的分析与探讨

Analysis and Discussion of the Common Map Publications Problems in Violation of Laws and Regulations

地图作为一种特殊商品,涉及国家主权和外交立场,具有较强政治性、科学性和法定性。我国政府历来对地图的编制出版非常重视,但是地图出版物的违法违规现象仍然十分严重。本文结合实际情况分析探讨了五类地图出版物违法违规行为,在此基础上为相关整改工作给出了几点建议,旨在促进地图出版行业规范科学地发展。

With strong political, scientific and legal nature, map is a special commodity, involving the country＇s sovereignty and diplomatic position. Chinese government has always attached great importance to the preparation of the publication of map. However, the phenomenon of the map publications in violation of laws and regulations are still very serious.According to practical situation, five kinds of map publications in violation of laws and regulations are analyzed and discussed, and several suggestions are made for related improving work, in order to promote the standard scientific development of map publications.
