摘要
某电厂#2机组自投产以来,机组各项经济指标及热耗率一直偏高于设计值,机组效率达不到设计要求。为此,在#2机组大修前进行了汽轮机热力性能试验,计算得到了汽轮机在3 VWO,450MW,300MW 3个工况下的热耗率和高中压缸效率。找出了#2机汽机热耗率偏高原因,提出了优化措施,为#2机组大修和技术改造提供了参考依据。
Since the No.2 unit of a power plant was put into production,the economical indicators and the heat rate always were higher than the design values,and the unit efficiency was not reached to the design demand.Therefore,the turbine thermodynamic performance test was carried out before No.2 unit overhaul,and the turbine heat rate and the efficiency of high pressure cylinder and middle pressure cylinder under three operation conditions of 3 VWO,450 MW and 300 MW were obtained by calculation.Then the reason of higher heat rate of No.2 unit turbine had been found,and some optimization measures were proposed providing reference for overhaul and technical reformation of No.2 unit.
