摘要 在600MW超临界机组启、停过程中,通常使用电动给水泵向锅炉供水,待机组负荷达到30%BMCR后才启动汽动给水泵并入系统向锅炉供水。通过不断努力和摸索,某厂成功实现了600MW超临界机组在启、停全过程使用汽动给水泵向锅炉供水,而电动给水泵此时处于停运备用状态。这种上水方式的优化运行,有效地节省了大量电能,提高了机组运行的经济性。 The electric pump is usually used to feed water for boiler during the start-up and shut-down processes of 600 MW supercritical units,the turbo-feed pump starts to work until the unit load reaches 30% BMCR.Through continuous exploration,one power plant has used successfully the turbo-feed pumps to feed water for boiler of 600 MW supercritical unit during the whole process of start-up and shut-down,and the electric feed pump was only as backup,this optimal way of feeding water is effective on saving electricity and increases the economical efficiency of unit operation.
