摘要
教育中的宽容是在平等、理解、尊重的基础上,对教育及教育过程中的人与事给予一定限度的包容,它包括对教育的宽容、对教师的宽容和对学生的宽容。然而,当前教育存在的不宽容,妨碍了创造性人才的培养。我们需要重新认识教育中宽容的内涵,避免不宽容的认识和行为,培育创造性人才成长的环境。
Based on equality, understanding and respect, the tolerance in education refers to give the limited tolerance to education, people and events in education process, including giving tolerance to education, teachers and students. However, the intolerance of current education has obstructed the creativity. Therefore, we need to nourish tolerance through tolerance to cultivate the proper environment for the growth of creative talent.
