On Practical Basis of Teacher's Pre-service Professional Development

摘要 教师专业化概念下的教师职前教育,以专业发展为核心理念。职业准备意义上的教师专业发展,以基础教育学校为重要的专业实践基础。教师教育范式的转变,需要人们重新审视教师职前专业发展的实践基础。教师专业化的实现需要教师教育机构和基础教育学校共同努力。 Under the concept of teacher's specialization, teacher's pre-service education takes professional development as core idea. According to the significance of vocational preparation, teacher's professional development takes basic education schools as the important basis of professional practice. The change of teacher education paradigm needs people to re-examine the practical basis of teacher's pre-service professional development. The realization of teacher's specialization needs the joint efforts of teacher education institution and basic education schools.
