摘要
近年来,我国在职教师继续教育已从学历补偿教育逐步过渡到学士后教师教育。但是,长期以来受传统认识论和技术理性的影响,学士后教师教育在理论和实践上依然存在"两张皮"的现象,教师的专业生活质量并没有得到实质性提升。对此,我们必须放弃教师教育中原有的"控制-技术"倾向,从教育实践与教师专业自主意识的关系出发,重新理解教师专业发展的核心内涵,并开辟实践取向的学士后教师教育理论视域。
In recent years, our post-service teacher education has transformed into post-bachelor teacher education from bachelor compensation education. Influenced by epistemology tradition and technical rationality, there is still a separation state between theoretical learning and educational practice. The quality of teacher's professional life hasn't changed substantially. Therefore, we have to abandon the former trend of "control - technique" in teacher education, re-understand the core content of teacher professional development, and create the theory horizon of practice-oriented post-bachelor teacher education from the relationship between educational practice and teacher's professional self-consciousness.
