摘要
随着近年来大规模教育课程改革的推进,更多的课程活动从单纯的专业探讨转变为国家层面的政策安排,人们开始从政策研究的视角关注课程及其改革。但课程政策研究积弱的事实却限制了课程研究的基础理论发展和课程政策实践的现实引导,更阻碍着公众对于课程政策及其过程的认知程度和参与水平。因此,加强课程政策研究成为当下拓展课程研究视域的重要途径。本文正是希望通过澄清课程政策研究的当下图景,对课程政策及其过程进行意义的重新审视和再建构,强调以聚焦课程政策过程作为深化政策基础研究的突破口,了解政策过程的现象与本质,引发人们从政策维度关注课程问题,以此拓展课程研究的多元化视角和应用性理论。
With the development of large-scale education reform, more curriculum activities are transforming into national-level policy arrangements from onefold professional study in recent years. People begin to pay attention to curriculum and its reform from the perspective of policy research, but the weakness of curriculum policy research has restricted the basic theory development of curriculum research and the realistic guiding of curriculum policy practice, and even hindered public's cognition and participation level in curriculum policy and its process. Therefore, strengthening curriculum policy research has been an important means to broaden the field of curriculum research. By clarifying the prospect of curriculum policy research, reviewing and reconstructing the significance of curriculum policy and its process, the paper emphasizes that we should take curriculum policy process as the breakthrough of deepening policy foundation research, understand the phenomena and its essence of policy process, and arouse people's interest in studying curriculum problems and curriculum reform form the perspective of policy to extend diversified perspectives and applied theory in curriculum research.
