摘要
2009年6月30日,英国儿童、学校与家庭部发布教育白皮书。白皮书对教师的专业发展问题给予极大关注,规定教师资格每五年重新认证一次,不断提高教师职业的专业地位;要赋予家长和学生更多的权利,让每一位学生都能获得更好发展;对学校的工作采用"学校报告卡"和创建公信学校集团两项措施,确保所有学校发展都能齐头并进;取消布莱尔时期中央集权的教育政策,给学校更大的自主权。白皮书的发布为英国中小学教育的未来走向勾勒出了一幅宏伟蓝图。
On June 30, 2009, the Department for Children, Schools and Families released an education white paper. The white paper pays much attention to teacher's professional development and stipulates that teacher qualification should be recognized every five years; it proposes to give children and their parents more rights in order to make each student gain better development; it points out that schools should take two measures "school report card and accredited school groups" to guarantee all schools develop neck and neck; it also proposes to abolish the centralized educational policy of Blair era to give schools more autonomy. The white paper has drawn a magnificent future development blueprint of elementary and secondary schools in UK.
