Potential and Challenge of Technology Transfer of China's Hydropower CDM Projects

清洁发展机制是建立在《京都议定书》下的国际合作机制。发达国家和发展中国家可以通过清洁发展机制,实现温室气体的减排和可持续发展。简要介绍了清洁发展机制(CDM)的理论和目标,分析我国水电CDM项目的形势和潜力,针对我国水电CDM项目技术转移面临的挑战提出建议,从而促进技术转移在我国水电CDM项目中的长远发展。

CDM（Clean Development Mechanism） is an international cooperation mechanism, which is built on the ＂Kyoto Protocol＂. Both developed and developing countries could achieve green house gas emission reduction and sustainable development through CDM. This paper introduces the theory and objectives of the CDM briefly, makes an analysis of the situation and potential of China＇ s hydropewer CDM projects and puts forward suggestions on how to face the challenge of the technology transfer of China＇ s hydropower CDM projects, thus promoting the long - term development of technology transfer in China＇s hydropower CDM proiects.
