金融危机背景下我国收入分配公平问题研究

On the Justice of Revenue Distribution in China under the Background of Financial Crisis

收入分配公平是社会公平的目标,是社会主义的本质要求。为实现收入分配公平,国家和政府实施了一系列相关政策措施,取得了一些成绩,但是,我国目前的收入分配公平状况依然不容乐观。特别是当前的全球性金融危机使我国失业人数增加,收入差距进一步拉大。所以,目前政府管理应从发展社会生产力、完善收入分配制度、消除城乡差别、统筹区域协调发展、缩小行业收入差距、强化再分配功能及打击非法收入等多途径入手,逐步实现收入分配公平。

The justice of revenue distribution is the target of social justice and the essential requirement of socialism. In order to realize the equal distribution of revenue, Chinese government has carried a lot of relative politics with some good results. But the situation of equal distribution of revenue in China is not positive now. The improvement for these situation is based on a variety of ways such as developing the social productive forces, regulating distributive system, decreasing the discriminations between the city and the countryside, planning as a whole for the harmonious region development, intensifying industrial management, intensifying the function of redistribution and controlling the illegal income.
