摘要 采用文献资料法,从中小学体育运动技能目标实现途径的具体操作方法层面,讨论了体育课堂组织工作的教材组织、教学组织和教法组织。教材组织方面,在小学和初中阶段,一般宜采用复合教材。同时还要注意不同教材的主次关系及搭配顺序。教学组织方面,须注意场地、器材的合理布置及学生队伍的合理安排与调动,便于教学的顺利进行。教法组织方面,须认真备课、正确示范、"精讲多练",在技术教学时,要合理地运用"完整法"、"分解法"、"减难法"等具体方法,并及时、有效地纠正错误动作。 By way of literature survey, and from the perspective of the practical approaches to achieve the athletic skill goals in elementary g-secondary P. E. education, problems concerning P. E. classroom management like the arragement of teaching materials, organization of classroom teaching and organization of instructional methods are discussed. As far as the organization of teaching materials is concerned, it is better to adopt compound teaching materials, with due attention given to the sequence of primary and secondary teaching materials. In the aspect of teaching management, in order to achieve a smooth, trouble-free teaching process, emphasis must be placed on the choice of teaching spot, proper arragement of instruments, appropriate organization and mobilization of students. As for the choice and organization of teaching methods, adequate preparatory work, correct demonstration, concise expanation coupled with intensive practice must be stressed. When it comes to skill teaching, a clever combination of the three methods(the complete motion method, the micromotion method and the difficultyreduced motion method) is strongly advocated. In case a wrong movement should occur, timely and efficient correction must be made.
