西部民族传统体育的发展现状及研究对策

The Status Quo of the Ethnic Sports in the Chinese West and the Countermeasures-related Study

审视西部传统体育文化之现状,认为其文化资源在历史演进中逐步流失,在新环境下开始衰退,遭受中西文化交融的迁移,受到现代体育运动的冲击,因政策不力、法制不健全、经济落后而困惑,更缺少科学理论体系.西部传统体育文化是我国体育文化的重要组成部分,重建西部传统体育文化势在必行.通过查阅文献资料和社会调查分析,向世人展示西部传统体育所面临的问题,提出振兴西部民族传统体育之措施,为西部传统体育文体的重建与发展提供科学的理论依据.

A look at the status quo of the traditional sports culture reveals that the traditional sports and cultural resources of the ethnic sports in the west of China are faced with the danger of disappearing. In the new environment a declining trend emerges due to the cultural blending shift between China and the western countries and the tremendous impact from mod- ern sports as well. The development is retarded because of poor policies, incomplete legal systems and backward economy and, above everything else, the lack of a scientific theoretical system. The traditional sports culture of west China is an integral part of the national sports culture. It is a sheer must to revigorate the traditional sports culture. By the literature searching method and social survey, the problems encountered in the development of the ehnic traditional sports culture are brought to light. And a new idea for the invigoration of ethnic sports is put forth and a theoretical basis for the scientific development and reconstruction of it is thus laid.
