摘要
通过试验,对目前汽车用的铂电阻温度传感器、半导体热敏电阻温度传感器、PN结温度传感器和集成温度传感器进行特性分析,并根据各自的结构特点开发相应的测量电路。
Characteristics of the current vehicle of platinum resistance temperature sensor,thermistor temperature sensor semiconductors, PN junction temperature sensor and integrated temperature sensors through the analysis of trial methods, and according to their structural characteristics develop corresponding measure electric circuit.
