集体林权制度改革对农户林业收入的影响分析

Influence of collective forestry property rights system reform on farmers′ forestry income

在简述集体林权制度改革和农户林业收入的基础上,以福建省和江西省为例,通过分析和实际数据论证,表明林权制度改革使农户林业收入显著增加;除了林权制度改革提高了农户林业收入以外,林业税费减免和木材价格上涨也促进了农户林业收入的提高。不过,林权制度改革使乡镇财政收入和村财收入减少。

Based on brief introduction of the current status of collective forestry property rights system reform and farmers＇ forestry income, taking Fujian and Jiangxi as the cases, and according to the results of analysis and practical data proving, the forestry property rights system reform has significantly increased the farmers＇ forestry income. Besides that, reduction and remission of the forestry tax and fee as well as the timber prices going up have increased the farmers＇ forestry income. Nevertheless the forestry property rights system reform has decreased financial income of towns and villages.
