China's Transportation Strategy during the 12th Five-Year Plan

"交通7+1论坛"第十六次会议围绕"中国‘十二五’交通运输发展战略"主题展开.回顾了"十一五"以来我国交通运输业取得的成就以及存在的问题;分析了"十二五"交通运输发展规划需要关注的国际国内经济发展环境、交通运输发展战略目标的选择以及交通建设的重点问题;探讨了交通运输规划发展的主导政策制定以及交通运输组织管理体制的改革.同时,重点针对铁路发展、公路与水运发展、航空运输发展的规划思路进行了深入的讨论,对于如何形成综合交通运输体系问题也进行了交流.

The sixteenth conference of ＂Transport 7 ＋ 1 Forum＂ focuses on China＇ s transportation strategy during the 12th Five-Year Plan. Based on a review of both achievements and excising problems in the past five-year, it systematically analyzes several important concerns for transport development in the coming five- year, such as international and domestic economic situations, determination of strategic goals, and key is- sues of transport construction. During the conference, the leading policy formulation of transportation plan- ning and management system reform of transportation organization are discussed, especially for the planning of railway, highway, waterway, and air transportation. Some suggestions for building integrated transporta- tion system are also proposed.
