政党文化是指政党在长期的政治实践中形成和发展起来的,为全体党员普遍认同和共同遵循的政党意识和观念。作为一个自成体系的政治组织,中国共产党有自己的政党文化系统。社会转型是当前中国共产党政党文化建设的宏观生态。社会转型往往会出现认同、信仰、整合等危机。因此,社会转型时期,中国共产党合乎逻辑的选择是大力加强自身文化建设。

Political party＇s culture is formed and developed in the long-term political practice, and it is generally accepted and followed by all the members. As a political organization, the CPC has its own political party＇s cultural system. Social transformation is the macro-ecology for the cultural construction of CPC at present. In the period of social transformation, crises often emerge in identification, beliefs and integration. Therefore, the logical choice for CPC is to vigorously strengthen the construction of its own culture.
