Disseminating Advanced Culture and Constructing a Harmonious Campus——On the New Situation and New Action of University Campus Culture in the Process of Disseminating Civilization

构建和谐校园,传播先进文化,是科学发展观在高校文化建设中的重要体现,对社会主义和谐社会的建设具有重要意义。通过对高校文化建设在传承文明中所面临的新形势进行分析,指出教育部门和高等学校应进一步提高认识,增强高校文化建设的自觉性与主动性,力求使高校文化建设在构建和谐校园、传承文明、服务社会的进程中,体现社会主义特点,并突出时代特征与学校特色。

Constructing a harmonious campus and disseminating advanced culture are the important embodiment of the scientific outlook on development in the process of cultural construction in institutions of higher learning and are of great significance to the socialist harmonious society construction. Based on an analysis of the new situation of cultural construction in institutions of higher learning in disseminating civilization, this paper points out that education management agencies and institutions of higher learning should further raise their awareness to enhance self--consciousness and active action to construct cultural campus so as to make the cultural construction display the socialist characteristics and highlight the era characteristics and school characteristics in the process of constructing a harmonious campus, disseminating civilization and serving society.
