通过多年对电子信息工程、通信工程专业生产实习的研究、探索与尝试,验证了校企合作方式在本科实践教学中的可行性。并以创新的精神,在生产实习中推行分层次实习和激励手段,充分发挥学生在实践学习中的主观能动性,培养学生的工程意识,进而取得较好的教学效果。

The feasibility of cooperation between school and enterprises in practical teaching of undergraduate courses is verified, based on years＇ research, questing and trial work of the productive practice of electronic information engineering and communication engineering specialties. With the spirit of innovation, the authors adopt the means of multi-level practice work and motivation so as to bring into full play the subjective initiative of the students in their study and practice and cultivate their engineering consciousness. Consequently, good teaching results are achieved.
