健脾导滞汤治疗HP相关性慢性胃炎45例临床观察

Clinical Observation of Jianpidaozhi Decoction Curing 45 Chronic Gastritis Patients Coherent with HP

目的:探讨健脾导滞汤治疗HP相关性慢性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:选择85例HP相关性慢性胃炎患者,随机分为两组,治疗组45例,在常规西药的基础上加服健脾导滞汤,对照组40例,给予常规西药治疗。3个疗程后观察临床疗效、症状改善、HP转阴率、胃镜检查的情况。结果:治疗组临床疗效总有效率、症状改善总有效率均为88.89%,而对照组仅为72.50%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05),且治疗组在HP转阴率及胃镜下胃黏膜改善方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健脾导滞汤对于脾虚气滞型HP相关性慢性胃炎远期治疗效果好,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To observe the clinical effects of Jianpidaozhi Tang curing 34 chronic gastritis patients coherent with HP. Methods：85 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The trcatment group 45 cases were given routine western medicine and Jianpidaozhi Tang ,and the contrastivc group 40 cases were respectively given western medicine.3 course of trcatment later,their clinical effect,symptom improving liP darkening rate and gastroscopic effects were closely observed.Result：The total effective rote in clincal effect,the effective rate in symptom improving of treatment group were both 88.89%,significantly hingcr than 72.50% of contrastivc group （P 〈0.05）.The treatment group surpass the contrastive group in the liP darkening rate and gastric mucosa improving （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion：Jianwcidaozhi Tang has a curative effect on symptoms of chronic gastritis patients coherent with lip ,meanwhile it has less advcrsc cffcct.So it deserves clinical using.
