完善公立医院成本补偿机制之我见

My View of Perfecting Cost Compensation Mechanism in Public Hospitals

公立医院改革是我国医疗卫生体制改革成功与否的关键切入点。目前,公立医院经济运营面临的劣势主要来自于不合理的成本补偿机制。建议:一要建立有效的财政补偿机制,二要着力建立合理的医疗服务价格体系,三要规范医疗服务价格体系制定基础。

Public hospital has been regarded as the breakthrough point for the reform of the health-care system in China. The unreasonable cost compensate system has become a serious problem threatening the public hospital. The author suggest that a reasonable effectual finance compensation system, a reasonable price system and a standard base of price system for medical service should be established in order to solve the problems.
