摘要
当前国有医院面临激烈竞争,亟待提高管理效率和服务水平,推行科学合理的绩效管理是解决这些问题的关键。本文主要对国有医院绩效管理的现状进行分析,指出目前国有医院在绩效管理中存在的主要问题,探讨提高我国国有医院绩效管理水平的对策和建议。
Abstract： At present, state-owned hospital faces fierce competition, so management efficiency and service level must be improved quickly. The implementation of a scientific and radonal performance management is the key to solve these problems. This paper mainly analyses the status of the performance management in state-owned hospital ,propose the main problems of the performance management on state-owned hospital and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions for raising the level of the performance management in state-owned hospital.
