摘要
目的了解荆州地区实习护生对《医疗事故处理条例》(以下简称《条例》)及配套文件的认知状况。方法自行设计问卷调查表对荆州地区5所医院中的185名实习护生进行调查,调查内容包括:《条例》实施的具体时间及内涵、医疗事故的概念及分级、病案保管及复印的范围和内容等。结果荆州地区实习护生对《条例》及配套文件的相关内容了解甚少,81.1%的实习护生知道《条例》,但知道《条例》具体实施时间的护生仅占33.0%;68.6%的护生不知道医疗事故的概念;66.5%的护生不知道医疗事故的分级;有42.2%的护生认为住院病案只保管10~20年,只有57.8%的护生认为住院病案应该保管30年或永久;75.7%的护生对病历的主观、客观部分分辨不清,不知道护理记录属于病历的客观部分。结论实习护生除了知识面狭窄、临床经验少外,更缺乏相关的法律法规知识,应采取院校结合的方式,对护生加强有关法律法规的教育和病历管理及书写规范的相关培训。
Objective To understand the internship nurse's understanding of Regulations on Medical Accidents Handling (hereinafter referred to as Regulations) and its related documents. Methods By means of the self-designed questionnaire, a survey was made with 185 internship nurses with 5 hospitals as to the exact time of the implementation, and the contents, of the Regulations, the concept and grading of medical accidents, medical records keeping and the limit on the scope and content permitted to be copied, etc. Results The knowledge of the Regulations and its related documents internship nurses surveyed was only scarce. 81.1% knew about the Regulations, but those who knew the exact time of its implementation only accounted for 35.0%. 68.6% did not know the concept of medical accidents, and 66.5% did not understand the grading. Those who thought that medical records are kept only for 10 to 20 years accounted for 42.2%, with only 57.8% believing that they should be kept for 30 years or forever. 75.5% couldn't distinguish between the objective and subjective part of the medical record, not knowing that nursing records belong to the objective part. Conclusion Besides the narrow scope of knowledge and lack of clinical experience, internship nurses also lack knowledge of related laws and regulations. Therefore, education in the related laws and regulations, and medical record making and management should be strengthened in the form of hospital-university cooperation.
